and stop wasting our time defending your DD.

Start with ASTN's own web site and read.
You can find lots of things there to belittle.
When we longs took the time to study that
site it helped convince us of their potential.
but when you have a Short attention span,
you can twist facts to suit any agenda...

BTW, none of those insider sellers you are
so concerned about are princeaples of this
company, rather they are private placement
investors who would like to take some money
out of this company after waiting so long
for a profit. But I don't expect you to
compare those names against the list of
active management. That would be too much
work for a short selling basher.

As for warrents and other devices that will
increase the float, there are little suprises
for well prepared longs. Many companies who
finally complete their Business Plan use that
opportunity to issue shares to reward investors,
employees, etc. We expect enough support and
coverage of this stock by Wall Street to very
easially absorb these additional shares. But
if you think this is all some sort of scam to
lure suckers into buying these newly minted
shares at higher prices, then I don't blame
you. Just don't torture use with that vantage
point. Do it on your own thread where your
Shortly endowed flunkies like to hang out.
