All,
I pose the following hypothesis...

Suppose you are writing strategy for AOL. Your company (AOL) is thinking of buying, or taking a stake in, Net2Phone. However, you need more time to find out what your company will look like, and if AOL will indeed be buying Comcast, before you make your final decision. Wouldn't you ask IDTC to delay their plans pending AOL knowing exactly what will happen with Comcast? After all, it would only be a few more weeks. Wouldn't this scenario play out exactly the way we have seen IDTC go over the last 3 weeks?

Now suppose AOL withdraws its interest in Comcast, as it did today,
what would you tell IDTC now, and how would that effect IDTC's stock????
Will AOL need Net2PHone more, or less, than it did a week ago ?
Jules
