Thread, Sandisk was mentioned today on Page B6 of the Wall Street Journal. This is related to the recent announcement by Thomson concerning the Lyra recorder/playback unit: "Unlike the Rio, which stores music on built-in chips, RCA's player will store the audio on removeable flash memory cards developed by SanDisk Corp. and tiny hard drives developed by International Business Machines Corp. Thomson, which sells about $800 million in audio products world-wide annually, plans to alter its home stereos to permit playback of downloaded material, too." NHP
