I think at this point it would be appropriate to point out that both NCDR and GTCI share the same offices in San Diego.

Now, even though NCDR claimed they had moved in November 1998 to Florida from San Diego, in a filing on 3/1/99 they were still officially located at: 3838 Camino Del Rio Suite 333, San Diego CA.

I bet the idiots who are long GTCI will recognize this address, its a veritable OTCBB crap motel.
