Claude: Excellent post. MSFT is in a pivotal position in this deal and can make this a lot easier deal for T than if they were to take an adversarial tack. And since there is no conflict between T and MSFT, as you point out, there would be every reason for them to cooperate especially if MSFT can deliver a box that facilitates TV/Internet and Phone. MSFT has a lot of experience in the first two via Web TV and no doubt MSFT has been working on the telco end of things as well. JFD
