I agree with DiViot: it IS completely relevant to this thread. It reveals possible insight into how this business plans to survive, or at least what they think is needed to survive. Why does ATI really want to go into SOC ? Why does Intel feel so compelled to add graphics ?

This is really little more than a trading-with-your-lunch-money forum, isn't it ? Like a Jerry Springer show where the stage "talent" flings press releases at each other, while the audience hoots, cheers and boos at whatever may disagree with their media/tabloid-inspired view of reality. Deeply insightful.
