All MXNT shareholders and potential shareholders: Recently, when I talked to Henry Val, he gave me the number to the company that is the Transfer Agent for their stock. I hate posting info that I know is not absolutely correct, so me and Mike went straight to the source. Here is the information that Mike Graham found out today: "I called American Securities Transfer (AST) at 303-234-5300 and was given the following share information for Maxnet, Inc. (MXNT): Outstanding Shares: 12,988,421 Restricted Shares: 7,588,571 Therefore the Float must be the difference: 5,399,850 " He has updated his Overview to include this. Now, the float is very hard to calculate, but close to 5 million sounds about right. This will give us some room to work with and keep the info in a positive light and not a bunch of BS. Now that Mike and I have cleared that up, I am working on some other things regarding MaxNet that should be of interest. I will post as I receive details and updates.
