Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but this private placement has probably been in the works for awhile and therefore the PP price of $0.25 per reflects the value of the stock when the deal was struck. It wasn't that long ago that the stock was in the $0.25 range, and it's only been up in the $0.40 and $0.50 range for a relatively short time. I may be wrong (and I probably AM wrong) but that's why the PP price is $0.25 per and not $0.40 or $0.50 per...
