Jim, Russian stocks were on fire today. Many were up over 20%, ROS was up 40% !! LUKOY closed at 40 in the U.S. (up 3). The Barron's article I posted about before seems to have been the catalyst. Higher oil prices and the IMF agreement are helping. From the charting point of view, several of the Russian ADRs broke their 200 day moving averages (supposed to be bullish).
