Bill. About Warren Buffett not finding any value stocks. He has been saying this for over a year now and look where the market is now. Granted, he may not be wrong in the end but the market has outperformed his worry. And yes, he is def. a value investor. He has invested since he was 11 and has done a good job. But he def. has not a hold on the market. He HAS been plenty wrong. He says he does not understand technology and therefore does not invest in it. Yes, he has made it to riches otherwise but if he had taken his money and put it into Intel, Dell and Msft, his portfolio would have outperformed even his great success in other stocks. I think he knows that and is therefore a bit more careful on what he will say about the internet. He is not a fool and certainly knows that it has a great future. Yes, not all internets will be successful but like I said: Neither have been some of his stocks that he supposedly understood and we never did hear the whole story about his Silver adventures and God knows what else. When you practically operate in secret, you can always talk big no matter what you do. But he has acknowledged that he could have done better last year if he had not watched his stocks and gone to the movies instead. gg. He does not exactly hold to his buy and hold theory. Maybe if we had started investing at the age of 11, we would be billionaires now. But I don't remember if I knew what stocks were at that age. All this is not sour grapes. You certainly cannot argue with his success.

BTW, I did see his surprise visit to CNBC before he went into the meeting.

About GE and EMC. I am watching EMC and AOL. But GE is off my radar screen. It may do well but I don't like the way their profits are arrived at lately. It doesn't look that it has much to do with advancing their margins and business profits. I have Intel to give me profits other than their main business. That's enough. Now EMC and AOL are different and if they come down more, I will get more of those stocks.

I know that some of my internet holdings are risky. But I like the way they move, even if it IS to the downside at times like today.

Sonny
