rudedog, Hi!!! RE: This is a hard advantage for a competitor to overcome, and has had a lot to do with DELL's success in the corporate market. Just as they do in their own business, DELL looks at every aspect of a customer's cost structure to develop savings. Pardon my interjection here...but, I had to comment....We got a total seminar on this last Wednesday night....Still stunned... Best, Kemble
