Mike I think I was a little tough on you in that post and I apologize. I think that as an investor in this company one has to realize that they are not MSFT, they are a little company trying to break out to become a larger company. The IPO is not the answer to everything. If structured wrong or marketed incorrectly could result in a bland and unattractive IPO. Just because the IPOs are flying that Bruce listed does not guarantee success for FNET. The real success of an IPO is the ability of the underwriter to sell the issue.

As for Franklin not giving any indication that they were heading to AMEX I feel that they learned from their past lessons and did not announce it until it was so. Otherwise if they had announced it prior, and they failed, they would have caused more anguish and squealing by the loyal investors.

As for the IPO updates, what good are updates until the papers are filed. Than I believe we will have plenty of time to discuss it.
