Frank, all -

Anyone ever hear companies that specialize in providing low cost VoIP termination services internationally? The idea is to complete deals with alternate (non-PTT) carriers in other countries using VoIP, then sell low cost international terminations to US based CLECs. Also use CLECs to leverage lower interconnection rates with ILECs (thus bypassing terminating access charges) for incoming minutes. Who are the players in this business? I understand it's fragmented but consolidating. Are CLECs actively pursuing deals with these companies?
