IBM 213 in after hours.
It appears that the new IBM Personal Pension Plan could be better than the old plan for someone like my wife.
Under the old plan IBM would have stopped contributing to her pension at age 49(30 years of service).
Under the new plan IBM will make contributions(5 year treasury bill rate + 1%) as long as she's employed.
