Even though I am not in the financial services industry as beleived by some on this thread, I commend you on your frankness about the industry. All industries have there good and bad apples, the problem is we always here about the bad. I like your idea of compensation based on performance. The way you laid out your ethics, I have a feeling that you clients are doing that for you through referrals and repeat business.
