max, do you know the exact terms on those puts? (I believe some $10 MM still accessible), I could not find the terms in the recent S-3. It is clear that this is one of those leaky floorless line of credits and thus pose a major danger to current stock holders. The main question should be if and when can this company stop bleeding at the rate of $4 MM per quarter. As long as they bl;eed cash they have to go to the well, and when they go to the well, there will be pressure from the floorless on the stock, IMHO.
