Jim - does not really matter who the MM is, what matters is whether the application was rejected and what the deficiencies are. Probart said 7 days today..."being reviewed" is what my compliance guy said. He did not have a positive tone of voice when he said it, like he would if he he knew the 15c 2-11 had passed muster. Oh well, we shall find out soon. BTW, one of the shareholders here has told me to back off of looking into this...says they do not want the MM to get a lot of phone calls. I wonder if someone called this shareholder with that directive to give to me?....I have a feeling that when I talk to this person I am being given a message by someone who does not post here. I feel it in my bones. Let me know if you want any more work done on this Jim, I am happy to do the phone calling instead of you. Stocks moving like mad today! Money being made on the otc BB!
