The spinoff of Waterhouse was speculated and well known in advance, since Late January and has already run up well in advance of the officially announcement. TD is up over 50% since the speculation and over 100% from its lows last year. CL Maybe the management of this bank is so fricken rich that they just don't give a damn about the stock price. This was the most poorly handled internet IPO ever. Up a buck..wow.
