Accumulation::::::::::

I have been a shareholder of TNP.U (Profco) for many years. I was a shareholder when they drilled the first well in Nigeria. I have seen many ups and downs, and this is the lowest it has ever been. When you convert to Canadian Dollars (or cents) it works out to JUST 37 cents per share.

They have plans to do additional drilling in 1999 and in my opinion this stock is now under accumulation. The people selling are probably shareholders who have paid in the $1.00-$2.00 Canadian range, and have had enough. They are willing to admit defeat and move on. The investors buying know the upside is great and the downside is very limited.

When this stock starts moving, it will move fast.
