CLEO - read a brief item that recommended a buy based on VV's actual income and a 'pristine income statement', but i forgot the source. maybe that item was widely read and found its way to the buying today. other than perhaps that little mention i don't know what ran it up from 14 to 16 and then back down again. i don't expect any sustained upward movement until second half of May; that is, whatever action follows the conclusion of the roadtrip, any favorable fallout from NETR, etc.
