Chris, Japan has not raised rates because that would mean even more exports to the USA and the chances of a trade war. With puts, I like many of the old faithful, in addition to Freddy Mac, Capital One, Home Depot, Mexico Fund, American Home Products, and I'm looking very hard at one of my all time favorite longs, MBIA.
