That works pretty well with me, we'll call that the naked short a@@ on the platter theory. I'm just wondering if there wouldn't be a way that the new company couldn't convert/coerce these shorts into longs through issuing them shares (at a price of course) so that they can meet their legal obligations, and they can help us with future financing in developing new projects. We'll call that the Long Shorty theory. Am I off base here? So far our previous theories are looking pretty good. Vince
