Use the proxy !! VOTE NO on item 2,3 This is from the YAHOO boards and it seems to make sense when you read the proxy..... by: blood_on_wall_street 24443 of 24443 Just got my Proxy and was shocked after reading and examining the numbers...Essentially, if the items 2,3 pass the board is king, nobody can add/remove anybody since the shares controlled outside of the board will never be two thirds of outstanding shares... So if you're LONG...Do yourself a favor...VOTE NO... on items 2 and 3 on the proxy.....!!!! --BOWS
