Seth, correct me if I'm wrong. However I thought Franklin did indeed tell us from the beginning of their desire to make it to the AMEX if the NAZ (their 1st choice) did not pan out. As I remember it, they first filed for the listing on the NAZ. If they did not meet the requirements, they fully expected to go for and accept (but not right away) an AMEX listing (if they qualified). Or was this possibly later in the game? Chris
