Scot and everyone else,

I would agree but remember that they are under a time constraint as well and that means that they must show the court that they will have the work done and the company public. The point here is that they are working very hard to get everything done and as some others have already confirmed, the letter for the dividends will be on the way.
I spoke extensively to the company today and the reason for the delay is not that they do not have the numbers but rather that they want to be able to send out one letter addressing all of the rest of the issues as well i.e. the stock transfer agent, the amount of dividends owed which have to be calculated against the shares that you purchased because every series was different and then the conversion information. All of this takes time and Rosie is working as hard and as fast as she can. She told me that she could send out the dividend information but that would just create all of the other questions and cost more to do three mailings instead of one.

So we can all help them by letting them get the work done and as we have seen they have upheld the agreement so far. I know that many of us do not like to get bothered at the office and they know that we want answers. They will provide them and we will be hearing from them as soon as they rap up some of the outstanding issues, such as explained above, who the stock transfer agent will be etc.

Like Scot said, we have waited this long....I know we are all getting restless but I am sure we can hang in there. Take a deep breath and don't think about it. It works for me.
