Thanks, Fred. But I'm not so sure about that. Isn't one of the reasons Venezuela is complying is due to the fact it has a very signficant production shut down? I think--but I'll have to check--they're gonna be out of action for a couple months. But it is true, the nature of the Venezuela's economy has historically forced this nation to cheat on the OPEC standards. But I'm not up to date in that I haven't researched anything over the weekend, given that I've been busy moving back into Cambridge. I'll check it out and get back to ya. Still, however, the OPEC cutbacks are in force; the Balkan War is ongoing; the Asian/Latin economies are recovering; US demand is up and production is down. The key is following the price of oil coupled to the share price of SLB. Whatever happens to SLB, the other drillers will, for the most part, follow. This gives you a tiny bit of breathing room to change your limit orders going in or out. It's worked for me!
