Regarding the financials, they are ready and only waiting for the final perusal and signature of the main partner in the Auditing firm, who is on his way back from Russia. So, it shouldn't be much longer.

Oh come on, I feel a major stall tactic coming on. Let me guess, he's traveling by banana boat. I've been threw audits before, you don't need his signature. Any crook there could sign them, they just haven't drawn straws yet.
