LTGL: go with the repeat pattern.

ADRN: Why would someone buy another co. with what ADRN is calling (basically) worthless warrants. The warrants would be worthless if they expire prior to the excerise date. So if you were the bought out co. would you go for the deal....I think not. Thus, the warrants are seen by the street to be worth something and therefore dilutive to ADRN. Some are saying that the warrants have already been excerised and sold? Can't see that as having happened at all. Still to come IMO. Given the co. (ADRN)'s strong balance sheet (?) I would think that they need to do a secondary offering to raise cash so that all 20 people in the co. could continue to do business. Of course I could be wrong and the stock could go to 20 tomorrow on some news...LOL
