1. We hereby grant the U.S. full authority to tell us what the hell to do in that foreign policy stuff cause we just can figure the darn thing out for ourselves.

2. By resolution 1, we hereby relinquish all that indepedant brain power thinking stuff and will assimlate our public using frequent daily CNN feedings.

3. By resolution 1, and 2, we request full-puppet-hookup to the Oval office to ensure seemless and timely compliance with U.S. policy changes.
