OK had to check back in--gees this thread has hit the #1 spot since I went off-line. O.K. the pot is boiling now--whewee ain't this fun. Zeev thanks for the puts calculation. O.K. let's let the cat out of the hat,the rumor that lit this stock up to hit a 7+ million volume on Friday was that NITE is making major deal with ASTN--rumor only pleeeeeese!!!!!! Secondly I am making a desperate attempt to have a vacation,and as such I can not be a ticker slave--so my shorterm decision will be based on that necessity. BTW,and I am already knew this,in the SEC filing the company said that if the Ds and Es and all that were to go against them it would create a major dilution and a large overhang--my only counterpoint to that premise has been is an an event driven stock can swallow up overhang---but right now taking a break is more important to me than watching the ticker and news wire all day to see who is right I have posted several times this is a IF IF IF stock---has ASTN developed a better "mousetrap" in terms of ATS such that others want it,the big IF---but o well,it is vacation time for me(I live in vacation land,it is outside my door).Good Luck,Max90
