Interesting that Tucker Anthony appears to have taken a 400K share position in WWAT. Any comments? Notice the big increase in MM activity. otcbb.com PS-- the CEO called me back but I was on 2 other phone lines and he got my voice mail. I will attempt again tomorrow.
