Fact is, you can't document any 'accusations' of 'fraudulent activities' on the part of BW by WebNode. There's a reason for that - there weren't any.

BW became the butt of the joke at the point where they made threats, not before.
Originally it was all about investor credulity.

But now that you bring it up - I think it is reasonable to be curious about just why BW had such an apparently irrational reaction - could WebNode have stumbled on something BW would rather keep hidden? Without even knowing yet what that is? ... Stimulated some latent paranoia perhaps, which would lead to the question - Why? ... if it ever comes to trial, which i doubt it will, the transcripts will make for some interesting reading.
