Phantom .. My opinion is that the proverbial "thumbs up" comes from the fact that these companies are willing to deal with us at all. As far as TK is concerned, they are willing to give us money on terms that for a speculative BB company are quite reasonable. Having access to this money allows us to bide our time while we talk to other groups. Anyway, I really don't care what TK may or may not have done with other companies - our terms are fine and it would be silly to turn down the opportunity to use this money if needed.
