If you look at the history of this company, you will see that the company has taken a sound and logical approach to affairs affecting the development of the company and its products.

Global will not, nor should be, rushing into an agreement with Delphi or anyone else. They will pursue an agreement that is good for the company as a whole and an agreement that is advantageous in the long-term.

So...who's side is time on?

Global has a big jump start on some fairly exclusive technology...and they would like to further develop that....but wait...they also have cash in the bank...and a profitable enterprise regardless of Delphi's involvement.

Delphi (and BMW it seems) is looking to get an alternative vehicle propulsion system to a mass market stage...and soon...for the profits and market edge have the potential to be outstanding. Delphi, cognizant of Ballards work and prototypes could either team up with Global or (who)?

There is certainly ample common ground and mutual interest to seal a mutually beneficial deal. And it will happen (in my opinion). But I believe that Global has an excellent bargaining position and that they will fully utilize that to negotiate a good deal for the company.

Given the time that has passed since the Delphi NR was issued, it is apparent that Delphi is not looking at some sort of cursory involvement with the SOFC program. They obviously want a major amount of control and ownership.

The price may drift lower in the absence of news but one can see how quick a successful announcement will propel this stock. Don't be caught short when that happens.
