You are correct. It takes the VSE at least 10 days to even generate the paper work, this would have put the stock at the .25 level when an agreement was signed for the pp.

Lets see - one guy has put in $200,000 into this. He can't cash out his shares for 1 year. Someone is risking a huge chunk of change into this site, and you can bet your booties he wouldn't put up this kind of money unless he had some information to indicate he will get his money out and then some in 1 year.

That means there is enough money in the kitty to fund another drill program for 99. This is a lot better than last year when nobody would put out even a nickel, remember the failed PP last year?

I would say there has got to be something quite nice coming in the news release for the results.
