Hi Dave,

Talked to Ian Macdonald who informed me that the stock will be halted today and possibly tommorrow.He would not go into details however it appears that there is a major corporate restructuring going on.Perhaps they have found a senior partner to develope their Shamrock zone(Ketza River Project)

By the way,Dennis no longer works for the Wheaton River Group.
