This story reminds me of the chicken before the egg story.

Here I believe that the excuse of the April Fools Prank came after the fact, and we are seeing the spin doctors hard at work to CWA in the matter.

It is the opinion of those that I am in contact with that the webnode 3's creditability was shot out the window in this matter.

Here you have 3 people with very close ties to Silicon Investor in very severe legal troubles, and yet they attempt to laugh and joke about it. Their over inflated EGO's make them think that they are on the right side of the law. Well they had better get a grip on reality and see the facts of the matter.

1. They started a web domain with the intent to defraud the public with the press release.

2. They appear to have lied to BW to get a business account there.

3. They knowingly submitted a false (fake) press release to the wire services about US Government contracts that were false.

4. They collected by their own admission some 2000 email response from the public concerning investments into their fake company.

5. After the BW civil suit was filed NOW we have the 3 admitted posters of the release stating it was just a prank.

Tell it to the Judge and Jury!
