Dear Toni, Unless my memory has vanished, hasn't there been a few restatings of filings already done? Does anyone remember why we have restated things in the past, was it because of the pooling method or what? I understand we need to wait for the Company to speak, I sure hope they give us details this time and not gloss over anything. This is no time to release some half-assed PR that's for sure. By all means take your time but give us the FACTS please. 1. What deals are in question. 2. A comparisan of both accounting methods. etc. Barbara P.S. Cannot fathom why companies like AOl & YHOO & SBC are allowed to use this freekin method without being halted and DCTC can't!!!!! Reality SUCKS!!!!!
