Why does this have to be re-interated every year? MD and the other big boys at DELL have strict guidelines from the SEC that must be followed to sell these pidly amounts of stock(compared to what they own) every year! MD's sale is a drop in the bucket for him!! And every year the doom-sayers come out and proclaim that the DELL world is ending because Md sold 100-300,000 shares >>>BFD!!! Get real group ...it happens like clockwork, that is if you are paying attention !!
