LONG ISLAND, N.Y., May 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Distinctive Devices, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DDEV - news) announced today that it has reached
an understanding with EagleView Industries, Inc. of Delray Beach, Fla., to acquire EagleView in exchange for approximately ten million shares of common stock of DDI. The acquisition is subject to execution of a definitive acquisition agreement.

EagleView intends to be a premier provider of high-quality, low-cost broad bandwidth connectivity for Internet, data and video-telecommunications services.
