Dorine- I am not worried since the stock ramped up nicely AFTER he sold. Gosh, I bet MD wished he had held on and sold at the close instead of taking a paltry 40 3/4 or so for his shares. The stock moved over a point after the sale giving some of his shareholders cheap shares. Guess that was sorta charitable of him to let some other people cash in on DELL's upcoming earnings.
