I have assumed that everyone has problems with quote.com.
Have noted following here:
1. It seems to work OK before market opens.
2. If connected at 24,000 instead of more usual 26,400 it often does not run ( I disconnect, then reconnect and get 26.4k)
3. If you get it running and minimise it, then return, it
usualy comes up running. However, if you just leave it an
come back fresh it often won't run( time stays in red instead of
turning blue.
4. If all else fails I shut down the computer and restart (
but this only works sometimes)
5. The problem seems related to both the computer and the
ISP or data source, since Jans quote.com can be running OK,
while mine cannot be made to function.
6. As with many of man's devices, it will fail to work at the most
critical times like when the market is tanking or you have decided to make an important trade. ( yesterday morning)
