If you will leave a message with your phone number on my voice mail I will
be more than happy to call you back, but if you don't leave me your number I
have no way of getting in touch with you.  All news is released by MDMI and
we are expecting more Press over the upcoming weeks.  I am in NYC on
business and will conference with MDMI mgmt on Wed, should know more then.
We should have a profile on Yahoo shortly (say 14 days at the most).  The
10k is in progress, but we do not anticipate if for 60-90 days (perhaps a
bit longer, we will know a more definitive date in by the end of May).

We have a one year contract with MDMI, and will probably continue for
longer.  We are moving offices and it is taking quite sometime, therefore we
cannot answer all of the incoming calls directly.  If you will PLEASE leave
a message with your number and a good time to call, I promise it will be
returned, we hope to have a live person to answer phones at our new offices
in the next 15-30 days, I do apologize for the inconvenience.  We will be
signing up on SI and RagingBull next week, and we will try to answer all the
concerns posted on these two threads.  We have to have this cleared through
our attorneys and it is taking longer than expected.
