2 things different between DSSI and DSI Israel
1.DSI Israel had a very small float most of the shares held by DSSI.
DSSI is held by the Public. No single big owner. Thus it will be very difficult to take it private.
2. DSSI needed small amount of money to take private DSI Israel.
It does not have the cash to take it private.

There are other reason for them to stay public as well.
