SOROS, your 1st name is not George, by any chance <gg>. Court date is in early June. They are non-reporting. Phone # 201-866-8456. They have an excellent chance of prevailing on enough (less than 100% of all their patent's claims) to make GIFT a major home run from here. Easily to new highs (old high was about 11). Way back on this thread (4/96-6/96) all was discussed. Mel
