Janice the guy has been to the punch bowl one too many times........ It's not routine brain shrinkage, this guy is slipping for real! Later today is going to be very interesting, if he contradicts himself again it will be time to step down. His denial of his intended objective is at the least alarming. The way he is sounding now will send the markets up for sure. Scrapps
