Ted, for more co. info go to www.pinnacleoil.com and link at the bottom of the homepage to the sec filings. This will take you into the sec form 10-12 which is the nasdaq application. This is the most detailed document any company has to put. Next most detailed would be the form 10-k annual filing. That is the easiest way to get it. Or you can go through edgar at:
edgar-online.com
Like I said, easier to go to the www.pinnacleoil.com site and link in.

They have not updated their site in a long time. They tell me they will be updating it and making it look professional soon. Something about a spinning black box that opens up on the homepage. At least they have a sense of humor.

Were 13.5 million shares plus 1/2 million employee stock options not yet granted the last time I looked. Now with the private that adds .4 million plus another .6 million for the new president and vp operations I believe. Don't know if their .6 would be part of the .5 million employee stock options or not. Use 15 million shares total fully diluted, of which 4 million is in the public float.

Price and volume data? Hmmmm. Maybe something like yahoo can get that. I don't know. I use a quote system. Pretty much you will see little volume as their shareholder base turned over last year and the people owning it now are really dedicated holders. I talk to some of these guys, and like myself, they claim they will wait a long, long time before taking profits.
