Donkeyman, I believe around 17 million shares for WIN. Check the WIN thread on SI. The CEO Dr. Zaghloul watches that board and will reply to all questions. Look through the history of the thread for good info and I believe shares issued are discussed. WIN is discussing alliances with many of the big players, its been in deep negotiations for a while now. It's expected they will have some big annoucements soon and this was recently reported in both FP & G&M. Cheers!!!
