Does the SI staff read Private Messages for laughs when they get bored?

Bored people usually have idle time on their hands. We never get bored. Besides, we can get all the laughs we want from public messages. There are some brilliant comedians here.

How private are they? How many people have access to them?

There isn't a mechanism in place for me or Jill to read private messages. Actually, we get sent URLs to PM's all the time, but they don't do us a bit of good. The system serves up such a page only to the author or recipient.
