One more fundamental step in the right direction. It pleases me at a visceral level but probably still a non-event. For all intents and purposes Mr. Hackworth had been marginalized since the start of the restructuring. Still, it is nice to make it official. His cushy Chairmanship is expected for a founding member of a company but I don't expect him to wield any real power. The next big milestone: completion of the fab deals. Mr. French may have hurt his credibility by announcing a timeline at the start. Good to see he is being sufficiently vague now. I still feel that we are witnessing the birth of a new company. But since I bought below $6 it is easy for me to be long. Good luck to longs, John
